Steps to fix the issue when your camera cannot recognize the TF card

The TF Card Cannot Be Recognized by Camera

If your camera cannot recognize the TF card, please try the following steps:

  1. Please try to reboot your camera then check it.
  2. Please insert the TF card on your computer and check whether it's recognized, also format the card to FAT32 format on computer then check it on camera.
